BTA was founded by Payton Brianne in 2024. Payton had been dancing professionally for years when she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. She always knew that she wanted to marry her dance/acting career with her legal career. When Payton began her certification in Entertainment Law and Industry, she knew that this talent agency would be able to serve as that bridge.
